What You Missed at the 2015 Signal Light Art Festival

Crowded streets and a brightened sky marked the annual Signal Light Art Festival in Prague. This three year-old event has become the most visited cultural event in the Czech Republic and is something that you really need to experience. Expect to see the entire city of Prague covered in light installations. Some of the pieces are interactive and some are projections, but all together, they truly light up the city. Artists from all over Europe participate in the show, and each exhibit features signs in English and in Czech.

This is an awesome activity to partake in with your friends, as you are able to use an app to find each of the exhibits around the city, and the entire festival is free! The festival also brings out the best of the city's foods, and vendors set up stands of food and hot wine throughout the city.

Some favorites from this year include the projections on Dancing House, Petrin Tower and The Prague Castle.

In case you missed the Fall 2015 Signal Light Art Festival, here's when it will be taking place next year: October 13th-16th. Check out what you missed here.
