Like most of the spots on this list, this café is in Palermo Soho. Although the food is usually hit or miss, the Yogurt & Granola is always a good choice. If you are a vegan, it’s good to know that they also offer soy yogurt. The coffee comes with stevia, which is another pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is nice, the place attracts a cool crowd, and it’s a great spot to get work done. There is a second location in El Centro (Hippolito Yrigoyen 583).
FiFi Almacen (Gorriti 4647)
This adorable Palermo soho café is the perfect spot to have brunch, lunch or even dinner. This is one of the few places in Buenos Aires that actually has almond milk, so if you’re in the mood for a café con leche hold the leche, definitely come here. They have all the other Palermo-type healthy foods like salads and sandwiches as well. The atmosphere is super peaceful and the waiters are always attentive. It gets busy on weekends for brunch, but definitely try this place out if you’re in the area.
Pro-tip: They put a little too much honey on the Yogurts & Granola; so make sure to ask for it on the side to avoid this problem.
This place is pretty much amazing in every way. The décor is adorable, the waiters are nice and speak English, and the food is amazing. We suggest coming here for brunch and merienda. If eating healthy at brunch isn’t your thing, order from the menu’s waffle section. We recommend the whole grain waffle filled with chocolate. At merienda time, you can get an acai bowl or avocado toast – both are satisfying and healthy.
Yes, we know that this is a chain and is found all around the world, but if you need a break from Argentine cuisine and are looking for something healthy, this is the perfect place to go. Their menu is unique to Argentina and they have many vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. They also have convenient locations all around the city. We recommend the one in Palermo Soho because of its beautiful courtyard which is great for brunch or lunch on a nice day.
