Rome's delicious food offerings make it easy for anyone visiting to gain weight. Obviously, indulging in creamy gelato, cheesy pizza, and endless pasta dishes is delicious; however, in order to enjoy those foods without gaining too much weight, you need to mix in some healthier meals and exercise that doesn't involve walking to and from that gelato store across the street from your apartment.
