If you're a beach bum looking for a new place to spread out your towel, then you'll be glad to know that Dubai is home to a number of golden sandy beaches and glistening waters. Here are three beaches for you to visit on your trip to Dubai.
Aquaventure Beach at Atlantis, The Palm
Aquaventure is the only water park in Dubai that has its own dedicated beach. Unfortunately, it is only available to Aquaventure and Dolphin Bay visitors, but it makes a nice day out when visiting the resort. Home to 700 meters of pristine white sands, this is the ideal beach location for taking a break from the action with a fun day in the sun.
Kite suffers meet at this beach – as the name suggests – making it a great place for visitors who want to watch the action, or have a go themselves (if they are brave enough). However, this stretch of beach is bare and includes no facilities, so be sure to bring your own food and drink for the day. In addition to watching the kite surfers do their thing, beach goers here enjoy a breath-taking view of the Burj Khalifa.
This beautiful spot follows on from Kite Beach and is called Burj Beach. Home to a number of facilities, including volleyball nets, this wide and long stretch of beach is popular with travelers and locals alike. This blissful beach is the ideal place to take photos with the Burj Khalifa in the background, and is the perfect spot to enjoy a day with friends and family.
Pack your beach bag and enjoy a day filled with sun, sea and sand at one of the above mentioned beaches in Dubai – don’t forget your sun cream!
