How to spend your last few days abroad in Sydney

The end of a semester abroad in Sydney comes much faster than anyone wants it to. In the blink of an eye, 4 months have passed and it's time for you to begin packing up the room you have called home for an entire semester. As sad as it is, there are ways to take advantage of the limited time you have left in Sydney, Australia.

Our first recommendation is that you make a list at the beginning of your semester or year abroad. Talk to other people who have been abroad in Sydney and look through other articles on All Things Abroad. Keep track of all of the restaurants, attractions, bars, and activities you want to visit and see during your time abroad. As the semester goes on, check off the things you complete, and add things to your list that you hear are worth checking out. When the last few weeks are looming ahead, revisit that list and make a serious effort to find the time to do it all.

Our second recommendation is to make the most of your time abroad. Give up sleeping in for the semester and we promise you won't regret it. That time in bed is better spent tanning, touring or even checking out the surfers at sunrise. Try to fit in more than one activity during a day. Making a schedule can help with this, and although it may seem like a hassle, it will be worth it.

There are so many amazing things to do and see in Sydney, so while you have the chance, do as much as you can, and do it big!
